Attention SAGE Applicants:

Please download the application packet below and submit all required documents to the Center For Educational Partnerships by
Friday, October 12 at 5:00pm.

Be sure to include the following in your application submission:

  1. Application checklist
  2. Unofficial transcripts
  3. Copy of UCI Financial Aid Award Summary
  4. Complete the online application
